Pierpont Volunteer Fire Department ($15,000) 
– constructed a Little League field and tennis/basketball courts.

1980

Pierpont Volunteer Fire Department ($10,000) 
– completion of outdoor lighting for a previously funded little league field and tennis courts, as well as building improvements for the Community Center.
