Civic Development Corporation couldn’t do what we do without our supporters and partners. Since 1959 our donor base has been made up of: nonprofits, local foundations, corporations and their employees as well as YOU!

We promise by donating to CDC, your funds are used to create the largest impact. Donor dollars are used wisely to fund quality capital projects throughout Ashtabula county. We safeguard your donor dollars. Projects are monitored by our well seasoned project management committee to ensure they are being completed appropriately prior to funds disbursal.  CDC also requires donees to have an asset preservation fund.  This way we can ensure that funds are being set aside for deprecation and replacement of the newly funded project.
