About Us

Thanks to the coordination, collaboration and cooperation from Ashtabula County community members and leaders we are able to assist multiple nonprofits with obtaining their fundraising goals.

Simply stated, we help you bring amazing projects throughout the entire county. Individual groups and nonprofits need our assistance to carry out capital fundraising for their needs. It is challenging for them to conduct campaigns on their own because of limitations such as staff, time, oversight resources and donor fatigue. CDC is able to plan, strategize and execute a seamless campaign while pulling donor dollars from supports all over the county.

Along with the financial assistance, CDC offers the professional oversight via our projects committee to make sure the project is satisfactory and complete prior to funds disbursal.  This gives our donors the confidence that their contributions are spent responsibly.   CDC stands out in project management and  adds accountability is by having each donee set up and asset preservation account.  The APV is money each donor must set aside to over depreciation and replacement of the new capital improvement project they completed during the grant cycle.
